Project scope:
- Modification of 5 mixers for blending fruit into fermented dairy products with fruit to 2 ultraclean mixers, each with three product pumps. Requirement: high level of preservation of fruit structure during blending
- Production and installation of a valve block with mix-proof valves to connect technological lines from fermentation to filling machines. Requirements: Orbital welding of the block at the installation site. Modifications carried out during production operation
- Modification of technological lines for product supply to filling machines
